Position Overview Job Description: Removes any debris from our Rental/Concierge homes.Changes bed linens.Dusts and vacuums.Cleans windows and mirrors.Cleans and sanitizes bathroomsSweeps patios and cleans all patio chairs.Cleans refrigerators and wet bars.Cleans all doors inside and out including exterior doors.Performs self-inspection of homes after cleaning is complete.Returns all lost and found items to housekeeping office or gives to the supervisor in that area.Reports all maintenance problems in writing to your supervisor.Reports any and all changes in homes to the supervisor or zone leader.Immediately reports any and all damaged or missing items, to the supervisor or dispatcher.Reports all ready homes to the dispatcher.Keeps caddies clean and stocked at all times.Keeps linen and supply rooms clean and orderly.Cleans kitchens, sweeps and mops all flooring.Prior to clocking out at the end of your shift, check with your manager.Reports to work on time and in uniform, including name badge.No open toed shoes are allowed to be worn during work hours.Accepts responsibility for any keys issued toPerforms all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Assists with office space cleaningPublic Area restroom cleaningParks, green space, and/or site wide trash clean as needed
