Job Description

Responsibilities:

HR Associates provide a variety of support services.

Assist with Requisition Process

Post job openings to both internal and external job search websites through ATS system and other third-party sites as necessary

Maintain records such as candidate interviews.

Sort resumes and applications for job openings in ATS and arrange interviews by calling and emailing candidates

Administer Pre-Employment Testing

Conduct telephone pre-screens

Prepare offer letters for approval

Submit background checks and complete reference checks for candidates

Enter new hires and transfers in HRIS

Process transfer paperwork

Compile items on New Hire Checklist and prepare New Hire Personnel File

Email new hire, transfer notices and submit appropriate tickets

Aid HR department in updating recruitment policies, writing memos, emails and other correspondence in response to queries and requests.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and company profiles.

Attend recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus meetings.

Assist in preparing for new hire orientation, including completing new hire logins forms, printing off all required orientation paperwork, and taking new hire badge photos

Serve as a back-up in conducting new hire orientation

Maintain guest elation to our Team Members, candidates and third parties

Scan, file and upload interview records

Accuracy in job postings, offer letters, and data entry in HRIS system

Microsoft Office experience required. PCRecruiter, Paylocity experience preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proficiency navigating internet is a must.
  • Ability to act quickly, work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excel at multitasking, time management, and functioning well under pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

One year experience in a Human Resources environment, some college preferably a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar.
